Photo Crab is closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation and is following global public health agencies’ guidance regarding how to stay safe and healthy – and keep others safe and healthy.
We’re committed to supporting you and your business in continuing to offer services in a secure environment.

Photo Crab keeps on operating as normal and you can order your photoshoot as usual.

Yet, please abide by your local regulations, refrain from ordering shoots in areas where quarantine has been declared. You can find here informations from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.

We also encourage you to use post services more and less of photo shooting on location.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your photoshoot due to the current situation Force Majeure may indeed apply, please contact us so we proceed to the reschedule or the cancellation.

We are sharing similar informations and recommendations with our partner photographers, including instructions on how to ensure the safety of your photoshoot, yet in events that you or the person hosting your photoshoot feels unsafe about the situation, please escalate to us.

This guide was developed to help ensure that every interaction through Photo Crab Platform is respectful, safe, and as worry-free as possible. We encourage you to use your best judgment, keep up-to-date on local developments, and follow the general WHO’s recommendations below:

-Wash your hands frequently;

-make sure the location and/or area where the photoshoot will take place is clean and any surfaces have been disinfected;

-If you feel unwell, stay home;

-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth;

-Cover your your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze;

-Seek medical advice early if you start feeling sick;

-Follow advice from medical health professionals.
